Supermom, a community-based app, lacks of awareness moms' audience since its base users are still focusing on dark social communities that are affiliated with them. Supermom also aims to expand its user base and community engagement across different socioeconomic segments without alienating its current audience.
Insight
Knowing their many home responsibilities and thrifty way of living, it's safe to say that these moms are superhuman. They are nurturing yet inventive, command the household by not only teaching their children but also continuously learning by themselves. Even so, some will still say their way is superstitious, super crazy, super illogical, super extreme. We want to let the world see "The Power of Mom" in a refreshing new light.
