Daisuke Yanaoka

Daisuke Yanaoka brings over two decades of strategic marketing and communication experience across Asia, having led high-level brand initiatives in Japan, China, and Southeast Asia. His career began at Hakuhodo, one of Japan’s largest advertising agencies, where he quickly distinguished himself through his ability to merge strategic thinking with culturally nuanced execution.

In the early years of his career, Daisuke played a pivotal role in driving branding initiatives for leading electronics manufacturers throughout the Greater China region. His deep understanding of regional consumer behavior and market dynamics allowed him to craft campaigns that resonated across linguistic and cultural boundaries.

In 2011, Daisuke transitioned to Hakuhodo’s Tokyo headquarters. There, he managed an expansive portfolio of domestic and international clients across industries such as alcoholic beverages, personal care, and automotive. His work was marked by an ability to integrate global brand strategies with market-specific insights, ensuring relevance and effectiveness across multiple regions. His leadership on these diverse campaigns demonstrated his versatility in managing multi-market communications and his fluency in navigating complex brand ecosystems.

In 2016, Daisuke was appointed Chief Producer in the Sales and Planning Division at Shanghai Hakuhodo. In this role, he led integrated marketing campaigns and spearheaded business development efforts for both Japanese and Chinese clients. Under his guidance, the team executed campaigns that successfully bridged the expectations of both Eastern and Western markets. His ability to build trust with multinational clients and translate their goals into actionable, culturally aligned strategies played a crucial role in expanding Hakuhodo’s footprint in China.

Elevated to the role of Business Director in 2020, Daisuke continued to build on his leadership at Shanghai Hakuhodo. He strengthened the agency’s cross-border capabilities by aligning Hakuhodo’s robust strategic planning frameworks with on-the-ground execution. His leadership came at a critical moment, as China underwent a rapid digital transformation and prepared for global events like the Beijing Olympics. Daisuke led high-stakes projects during this time, managing both complexity and scale while delivering exceptional results in a highly competitive landscape.

In June 2022, Daisuke joined H-THREE Indonesia as Director, bringing with him a global perspective and a deep understanding of regional markets. At H-THREE, he is responsible for guiding the agency’s strategic and creative direction, with a focus on integrated marketing solutions for key clients. His current portfolio includes some of the region’s most prominent personal care manufacturers and automotive brands. By combining data-driven strategy with culturally attuned storytelling, Daisuke continues to deliver impactful, scalable solutions that elevate brand equity and drive business growth.

Farhana E. Devi Attamimi

Farhana Eldini, widely known as Devi Attamimi, is a driving force in the advertising industry and beyond. As the Group CEO of Hakuhodo International Indonesia, leading all Hakuhodo group companies in Indonesia and designing value for people, brands and culture. She is also the Institute Director of Hakuhodo Institute of Life and Living ASEAN leading a regional think tank comprising experts from Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Devi’s influence doesn’t stop there. She’s also serving as Co-Chairman of APMF, Board Committee of APINDO and Advisory Board for ADFEST. Devi wears all these hats with passion and purpose, earned her the title of Women To Watch 2020 by Campaign Asia.

Fitri Rizayati

Fitri, a passionate media enthusiast with more than two decades of experience in the advertising and media industry, she has established herself as a visionary leader driving transformative change, redefining what media agencies can achieve.

Leveraging her extensive background and innovative mindset, she has fostered a high-performing team at i-dac Indonesia, driving increased business, securing coveted awards, and consistently ranking among the Top 4 Agencies of the Year in Citra Pariwara for the past 3 years.

Fitri’s career is highlighted by a series of meaningful achievements, including Gold, Silver, and Bronze wins on respected platforms like Mob-Ex, Marketing Excellence Awards, and Citra Pariwara. Her work has also been recognized by Spikes Asia, MMA Smarties, and YouTube Works, showcasing her dedication to creating thoughtful and impactful campaigns. Rini Maulidia

Rini Maulidia began her career in 2001 as an accounting staff at a shipping company. In 2003, she joined PT Hakuhodo Indonesia, where she spent over 12 years managing client invoicing, billing, COGS recording, and supporting financial reporting and audits. She also collaborated with account teams to ensure accurate job tracking and documentation.

From 2016 to 2023, Rini served as Finance Manager at PT Hardana Widya Mahir (Hybrid-H), a subsidiary of the HIID Group. She led the finance team in preparing financial statements, developing budgets, monitoring spending, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

In 2024, she was appointed Finance Director, responsible for providing strategic financial insights, overseeing company performance, and strengthening internal controls and compliance frameworks.

Over the years, Rini has worked with prominent clients such as Nissan, Suzuki, Honda, Yakult, Kao, Bank Danamon, Telkomsel, Santos Jaya Abadi, Toyota, J-Trust, L’Oréal, Sakafarma, Tempo Scan Pacific, and Bank BRI.

Hilman Eri Permadi

With almost 2 decades of experience in the Finance area within Communication Industry, Hilman Eri have built his reputation not only in the Financial Excellence, but also as a Strategic Partner for Business Operations.

Having gratuated in the Master Degree in Business Administration, Hilman Eri brings his expertise in developing business system, builds standard of compliance in the business process, and together with Business Directors builds strategic planning and manage good corporate governance accross business units.

Hilman Eri's role as Group Executive Director of Finance in HIID is managing the synergy accross HIID Business Units and together with Executive Committee to develop policies to maintain Excelent service quality and deliver 360 full service with collaboration among HIID Networks.

Yuzuru Iguchi

Yuzuru Iguchi is the Country Director of Hakuhodo International Indonesia, having been appointed to the role in January 2024.

His career began in 1999 at Hakuhodo where he was handling new product launching campaigns (ATL/BTL and media planning) in Japan. In 2004, he moved to London to join Tequila Hakuhodo (a Joint venture between Omnicom Group and Hakuhodo) working as Intenational Account Director for the EMEA region. In 2012, he relocated to Moscow to head up Hakuhodo Rus, developping the group’s business in Russia. In 2023, he was appointed International Business Director in Tokyo.

He is passionate about fostering cross-cultural understanding and is committed to ethical business practices in all his international endeavours. Yuzu holds a Master’s degree from the Graduate School of Human Science at the Kobe University.

Kyosuke Matsui

Kyosuke Matsui is an experienced expert in business development and digital marketing, currently holding the position of Director at DAC ASIA and i-dac Indonesia.

He began his career in 2006 at DAC (now Hakuhodo DY ONE), where he developed his skills as a Digital Media Planner within the Business Development Department of Hakuhodo’s Internet Media Division. During this time, he gained valuable experience collaborating with clients in the automotive, electronics, and FMCG industries.

Kyosuke moved to Southeast Asia in 2012 to take on the role of Vice President at DAC ASIA. He played a pivotal role in initiating the company's operations in Indonesia, leading the establishment of i-dac Indonesia. From 2014 to 2018, as the Director of i-dac Indonesia, he built a strong foundation for the company's growth.

From 2019 to 2024, Kyosuke demonstrated his capacity for driving business success and innovation as Director and CCO of i-dac Bangkok. Leading the company’s operations in Thailand.

He returned to Indonesia in April 2024 to assume his current role, leveraging his extensive experience and insights to enhance i-dac's footprint in the Indonesian market. His career is marked by a consistent record of building and leading successful digital marketing operations throughout Southeast Asia.

Kyohei Hasegawa

Kyohei Hasegawa is Business Director at H:Digital Indonesia, where he leads strategic growth initiatives for national and regional clients by harnessing the power of brand consulting, technology innovation, and data-driven marketing. With over 13 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital transformation, and commerce innovations, he plays a key role in shaping H:Digital’s presence in Southeast Asia and across the broader Hakuhodo regional network.

Kyohei began his career at Hakuhodo in 2012 and spent his early years at TBWA HAKUHODO, where he developed brand communication strategies for leading global brands in automotive, electronics, and food categories. This foundation in brand storytelling and creative strategy set the stage for a career built on insight-driven solutions.

In 2015, he joined Hakuhodo’s Shopper Marketing division. In this role, he spearheaded strategic alliances with overseas retail technology partners, developed innovative retail media and in-store technology solutions, and supported joint business plan with major retail clients while helping CPG brands on their retail marketing.

Expanding his scope into data-driven marketing, Kyohei transitioned in 2018 to Hakuhodo’s Digital and Data Marketing division. He provided consulting services to Japanese and Asian enterprises undergoing digital transformation, with a focus on using big data and designing digital touchpoints architecture to enhance brand marketing. His work combined technical insight with brand storytelling, helping clients navigate digital evolution while maintaining meaningful customer engagement.

Since relocating to Jakarta in 2022, Kyohei has brought his cross-market experience to lead H:Digital’s growth in Indonesia. He supports automotive and FMCG brands in leveraging digital platforms in commerce and brand growth, while also contributing to regional solution development through H+, a strategic collective of Hakuhodo and Hakuhodo DY ONE.

Kyohei is recognized for his ability to drive growth across all layers of business—from marketing strategy to innovation execution. His leadership philosophy centers on connecting emerging technologies with business goals and mobilizing diverse teams toward shared success. He is passionate about collaborative exploration, and excels at transforming complex challenges into inspiring, actionable stories that excite both clients and consumers.

Narpati Adityasa

Adit is a seasoned strategic planner who pivoted to the role of General Manager at Hakuhodo Jakarta, bringing a strategy-first mindset to agency leadership.

With over 15 years of experience, he has helped brands build their presence and become leaders in their categories. He led the strategic planning team at Citra Pariwara, winning multiple metals, and was honored to be the first representative from Hakuhodo International Indonesia selected for a three-month On-the-Job Training program at Hakuhodo Inc. in Tokyo.

Today, he applies a strategy-first leadership style—grounded in insight, empathy, and business impact—to help brands thrive in a fast-changing market.

Eka Harithsyah

18 years of experiences, with demonstrated history for local & multinational clients from wide-range of industries. Some of which are telco, banking, automotive, household appliances, technology and gadgets, F&B, alcohol, airlines, engine oil, insurance, FMCG and pharmaceutical.

In 2017, he stayed in Tokyo for 3 months as part of On-The-Job Training with Hakuhodo Headquarter. From 2019-2024, Eka was HILL ASEAN Core team Researcher, based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Specialty: Trend and consumer study, Branding, Advertising, CRM, Activation and Channel Marketing, Digital touchpoints and Data-Driven Marketing.

Award: Multiple awards won including Citra Pariwara, Marketing Event Awards, Hakuhodo President Awards.

Ivan Christyanto

A General Manager with 14 years of experience in the advertising industry. Specializing in handling a diverse range of multi-brand categories including automotive, banking, cigarettes, FMCG, and more, Ivan deeply passionate about creating innovative and impactful brand experiences.

Ivan's strategic approach involves developing productive marketing strategies tailored to client requirements by staying abreast of the latest marketing trends. Proficient in data analysis, Ivan also excel at translating client objectives into successful campaigns that deliver tangible results.

With a strong focus on Marketing Communication, Ivan bring a wealth of experience in various aspects such as "Below the Line & Event," "CRM and Digital," and "Above the Line" projects.

Linda Mutiara

Linda Mutiara Chasanah’s career spans over two decades of strategic leadership and transformative growth in Indonesia’s marketing and communications industry. She began her professional journey in 1999 as an Account Executive and steadily rose through the ranks agencies in Indonesia, where she built her foundation in brand management, client engagement, and campaign execution.

Her leadership journey took shape at Cabe Rawit Marketing Communications, where she was overseeing strategic and business planning. With a growing appetite for innovation and operational excellence, Muti joined Isobar Indonesia as Account & Planning Director and was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer. There, she led integrated marketing initiatives for clients such as Nestlé, L’Oréal, Citibank, and CIMB Niaga. She was instrumental in managing the agency’s P&L, scaling operations, and fostering a culture of high performance.

In 2017, she joined AIMIA as Campaign and Creative Services Lead for Asia. Tasked with building a Loyalty Campaign Center of Excellence based in Jakarta, she led initiatives that supported clients across Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, including MAP Club, Starbucks, ExxonMobil and Estee Lauder Companies. Her role combined strategic campaign leadership with deep collaboration across analytics, tech, and creative teams to drive meaningful customer engagement.

She continued her leadership path in 2021 as Strategy & Operations Director at Dwaysindo and Nava+, where she helped define marketing strategies and optimize operations for clients such as Bank Mandiri and Mustika Ratu. Her ability to align business goals with strategic innovation made her a valuable asset across sectors.

Currently, Muti serves as General Manager and Head of Digital at Hakuhodo Digital Indonesia. Under her leadership, the agency successfully evolved from a social media agency into a full-fledged digital marketing powerhouse, expanding its capabilities into data-driven strategy, technology-based creativity, and brand-led digital solutions. She leads a portfolio of major brands including Telkomsel, Grab, KAO, and Citroën, while driving internal transformation to build a more future-ready, integrated agency model.

Rian Prabana

Rian is a strategist who loves to spin strategy with a touch of creative magic. As the Group Strategy Director at Hakuhodo International Indonesia and Head of Sei-katsu-sha Lab, he leads the development of cutting-edge brand strategy and communication campaigns that drive growth.

He brings a unique blend of global and local insights shaped by his experiences at Miami Ad School, as a member of the Hakuhodo Institute of Life and Living ASEAN, and Hakuhodo Consulting Asia Pacific. His work has been proven across various client industries, including FMCG (Kao, Tempo Scan, Frisian Flag, Unilever, Danone, Beiersdorf, Mondelez, Abbot), Automotive (Honda Motor, Datsun-Nissan, Toyota), Telco & Tech (XL, TikTok, LG, LINE, Vivo), as well as other notable companies such as Dexa, Surya, Fujifilm, and New Balance.

Wimala Sukma Djafar

A multi-disciplinary strategic-technologist, building brands in Dubai, Gulf Corporation Council Area, Tokyo and Jakarta. His experience spans from handling global financial clients such as VISA Global, Mubadala, Movenpick as well as multinational brands in Indonesia ranging from Automotive, FMCG, Personal Care, Telco, Energy Company.

Wim started his career as a Public Relation Executive, he then found his life passion in creative advertising where he started as a strategic planner, Wim then brought his strategic thinking into marketing technology, data & A.I. His accolades included winning Cannes Young Lions Indonesian chapter where he represented Indonesia in the global stage.

Wim also held a position as director of content in Asia Pacific Media Forum, where he orchestrated global conferences, latest and greatest trends to Indonesian audience. Wim is also a corporate mentor & guest lecturer at University of Indonesia, a seasoned speaker in international and national forums, giving inspirations in the subjects of tech, A.I, marketing and branding.

Woon Siew Hoh

Woon Hoh is the Chief Creative Officer of Hakuhodo International Indonesia. With over two decades of shaping creative work across Asia he returned to Hakuhodo in June 2025 to focus on work with purpose culture and people at its core.

Woon believes creativity only matters when it connects with real lives. He champions seikatsusha thinking seeing people not as targets but as humans with context emotion and contradiction. This belief drives his focus on experiential creativity where ideas move beyond communication into moments people can feel use and remember.

Known for sharp instinct and calm clarity Woon builds both ideas and teams. He creates environments where brave work is expected and talent feels safe to take risks. Under his leadership teams in Indonesia have earned global recognition at Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clio, Adfest, Spikes Asia and more.

In 2021 he was ranked the third most awarded Chief Creative Officer in Asia Pacific by The One Club and he continues to serve as jury at major global and regional award shows.

Hermawan Prasetyo

Starting his career in 2000 as a Production staff at Fortune DDB Indonesia, he soon transitioned into the account management field, taking on roles across prominent various local and multinational advertising agencies.

He later expanded his expertise to the brand side, serving as Retail Communications Manager at Hutchison 3 Indonesia and Head of Marketing Communications at Sony Indonesia.

For the past 9 years, he served as General Manager at Hybrid:H, a part of Hakuhodo International Indonesia, where he led award winning teams and won various local and international awards festivals.

As of January 2024, he has been entrusted with the new role of Executive Director of Integrated Production at Hakuhodo International Indonesia, continuing his commitment to excellence and innovation in the advertising industry.

Mayada Patria

Mayada Patria is a highly accomplished Human Capital leader with over 15 years of experience driving strategic HR and organizational development across multiple industries, including advertising, supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, and hospitality.

He has built a strong reputation as a strategic and forward-thinking Human Capital leader. Currently serving as the Director of People & Corporate Services at Hakuhodo International Indonesia, he oversees the full spectrum of Human Resources, General Affairs, and Information Technology functions across companies within the group—playing a pivotal role in supporting business growth, operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science in 2010, he has since earned several respected certifications including Certified HR Professional, Advanced Human Capital Accomplished, and Certified Organization Development Associate. These credentials reflect not only his commitment to professional development but also his broad expertise in people strategy, organizational development, and change management.

In his current executive role, he leads cross-functional teams and champions initiatives that align people strategy with business priorities. His work spans key areas such as performance and talent management, people analytics, HRIS implementation, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, expatriate affairs, and internal governance. Known for his calm leadership and systems-thinking approach, he consistently fosters collaboration and accountability while driving measurable impact across the organization.

Prior to joining the advertising industry, he held several leadership roles as an Organization Development Manager, he was responsible for designing and implementing a range of OD programs—from job profiling and KPI alignment to productivity analysis, performance improvement, and cultural transformation. Earlier roles as an Assistant Manager, Specialist, and Supervisor equipped him with hands-on experience in recruitment, learning & development, and organizational review—forming a solid foundation for his rise into senior leadership.

His leadership is marked by a clear strategic vision, a people-first mindset, and an ability to turn complex challenges into structured, scalable solutions.
